By accessing the Flash_Rig platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all terms, you are prohibited from utilizing our hardware analysis and configuration services.
2. Intellectual Property
All software, compatibility logic engines, telemetry data structures are proprietary intellectual property of FlashRig. The data shown/available on the website are gathered from public data sources and are credited to the respective owners. FlashRig does not claim ownership of any third-party data. We do not control or endorse any third-party store, and any purchases are made at your own discretion.
3. System Limitations & Accuracy
While our database is updated periodically, Flash_Rig does not guarantee 100% accuracy of component pricing or availability. We provide technical specifications as an industrial guide. Final hardware validation should be performed by a certified system architect.
4. User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for ensuring that their hardware configurations comply with local electrical and safety standards. Flash_Rig is not liable for hardware failure, thermal damage, or data loss resulting from improperly designed configurations.
5. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
